We are looking for a customer services agent to strengthen our team. Your role will be supporting our customers through multiple channels, assist in content creation and retention activities.
What will the role involve?
- Providing assistance to customers via all available channels of communication (email, phone and live chat).
- Maintain a high level of knowledge when it comes to the company’s services in order to provide customers with accurate information
- Keeping up to date with promotions, competitions and special offers.
- Prioritize issues internally when appropriate and store complete records of customers account.
- Occasionally, your language knowledge will be used for translation, content tasks or social media handling
- Native level Turkish language and fluent English both verbal and written
- Strong PC and internet skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage however willingness to learn is mandatory.
- Sport knowledge would be a plus
- Additional languages will be a benefit
- Must be able and willing to work on shift including weekends.
- Must be eligible to work in Greece without sponsorship.
