Turkish Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a customer services agent to strengthen our team. Your role will be supporting our customers through multiple channels, assist in content creation and retention activities.

What will the role involve?

  • Providing assistance to customers via all available channels of communication (email, phone and live chat).
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge when it comes to the company’s services in order to provide customers with accurate information
  • Keeping up to date with promotions, competitions and special offers.
  • Prioritize issues internally when appropriate and store complete records of customers account.
  • Occasionally, your language knowledge will be used for translation, content tasks or social media handling

Requirements:

  • Native level Turkish language and fluent English both verbal and written
  • Strong PC and internet skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage however willingness to learn is mandatory.
  • Sport knowledge would be a plus
  • Additional languages will be a benefit
  • Must be able and willing to work on shift including weekends.
  • Must be eligible to work in Greece without sponsorship.
